Max FPS and lower input lag tut

Worked wonders for my input and full control over my fps.
now gaming at 144hz/fps...smooth and fast. :)

Never had any problems, it was acctually used by alot by "pro"players back i the days so guess its nothing new.
The new thing for me was the KeepAlive stuff, but Ive been playing with max FPS for ages.
